I started taking this to replace my joint support, I prefer the idea of natural over meds. I had my hopes this would work and I could stop the joint support and it has lived up to my hopes. So far Ive been off my joint support for awhile and I've been taking this 3x a day I'm going to go down to 2 and see if I still have the relief.
