I been taking this Vitamin for 5 months and it's the best clean vegan Vitamin D3

The kids love the flavor and we are excited to add this vitamin to our daily routine!

My boys and i were all lacking in vitamin D, so i was on a hunt for a clean vitamin that we can take knowing we will get the best out of it and seeing Mary Ruth’s give that to us was so relieving to know we are getting what we need to better ourselves. Thank you!!

I have been happy with the vitamin d3. They taste great and I have been feeling great while taking them. The only downside is how they all stick together in a big clump and are hard to get apart. Otherwise they have been great.

I usually cannot take vitamins and I have tried many however yours so far the D3 has not bothered me and the flavors are great!!!!
