I started using the drops on my 20 month old roughly 3 weeks ago. I can't say I have used them long enough to notice a different, but she loves taking them. I am excited to see benefits. No issues with messy bottles.
I ordered the spray for the older kids and myself.

It says it has no flavor, but it does. It tastes like olive oil it’s awful and my 3 year old who will eat anything will not take this! I tried it and I almost vomited! No way

This product did not suit my 5 year old.
She was complaining of chest pain after taking this and the pain continued for 4 days. And this was the only new supplement I had administered.

I gave this to my toddler excitedly the first night and he started coughing about 5 seconds after taking it. He shouted that it was too spicy, so I took it as well - it definitely gives your throat a tickle (reminds me most of pepper). My toddler refuses to take this now. I'm going to try mixing it in his food next. Just a little disappointed, since I've never had this problem with Vitamin D supplements. Won't purchase this again.

And ask for it daily. Huge win in my book!!!
