I am very skeptical of supplements in general, much less all natural ones. I learned my lesson when the couple days I forgot to take this multi vitamin, I started with a cold that my family had been passing around! I started taking my multi vitamin regularly again and it cleared right up.

I think this is a great liquid multi vitamin and it’s great because my whole family can have it. My only complaint is the taste; its very “mineral” tasting, a thick texture and not very pleasant. With that said though, my 3 and 5 yr old take it just fine and therefore we’ll keep purchasing. :)

I like the way I feel after taking them. The taste is ok but not a big fan of the fruit punch
