The best vitamin! After using for nearly 1 month, improved energy!

I've been taking the multi mineral for over two years at this point, and recently upgraded to the extra strength version. My only complaint is that the flavor and texture starts to change (negatively) as you get nearer to the end of the bottle. I'm sure there's a reason that happens - and it's a small complaint amidst my otherwise happy review!

Probably the best sleep I’ve ever gotten was when I started implementing this into my nighttime routine. Working overnight messes with my sleep schedule so using this has really helped on the nights I don’t work!! A must buy and the taste is yummy!

I really enjoy the liquid form of vitamin. It tastes great. I still have toe and leg cramps now and then and was hoping the extra strength would help resolve pain.
